Taylor Hubbs

Taylor is a proud Graduate of the University of Arizona, where she earned a degree in Public Administration and Policy, focusing on communications.

Taylor joined the Pontikas Team in 2022 with 5 years of Fundraising and Customer Relations experience. Working side-by-side with the C-Level Executives for a large, national non-profit organization, her contributions spearheaded some of the most lucrative fundraisers in the organization’s history. Through her various roles within the organization, Taylor quickly observed that focus and special attention to the client experience is the foundation of a thriving business.

When making the career transition into Real Estate, Taylor was inspired and motivated by Debbie’s vision for her business and their shared belief in pivoting the typical client experience from transactional in nature, to creating a client relationship and experience that feels personal and organic.

In her role on The Pontikas Team, Taylor supports the development of new and existing client relationships. Through thoughtful efforts that help tailor a luxury experience for each client, Taylor is a critical part of elevating each client’s experience during their Real Estate journey with The Pontikas Team – before, during, and after the close of Escrow!

In her personal time, Taylor enjoys spending time with friends and staying active as a Stages Certified Indoor Cycle Instructor.
