Over the past 5 years, Ty has built a real estate career on the same principle that drove his decade-plus in hospitality: real, relentless customer service. A Phoenix native and ASU Communications grad, Ty has represented buyers, sellers, and developers across the Valley, from the East Valley to the West Valley — with particular expertise in North Central Phoenix and the Shea corridor, better known as the "Sheaborhood." That local market knowledge, paired with a genuine passion for the people he works with, means clients get more than a for-sale sign in the yard — they get an advocate who knows the neighborhoods, the numbers, and how to get a deal done.

Before real estate, Ty spent over 10 years working nearly every role in the Valley's top hospitality venues — Sanctuary Resort & Spa and Tarbell's Restaurant among them — from Pool Attendant to roles including Catering Sales Director and Spa Sales & Membership Manager. That climb instilled a work ethic and service standard that now define how he operates as an agent: no detail too small, no client request too big.
