The Phoenix metro area saw a significant boost in sales and sales prices slightly followed suit. Due to limited inventory, the average days on market window continues to narrow. Month over month these are all signs of a healthy market. We are still seeing multiple offer situations happen on desirable properties that are priced correctly. Dare we call this an actual seller’s market?
